Epoxy Master Academy & Training Centre ("Epoxy Master", "we", "our",
or "us") operates the Epoxy Master mobile application (the "App") and
its associated web platform. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect,
why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and your rights regarding that data.
By registering for or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
2. Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:

- Full name
- Mobile phone number
- Email address
- Residential / correspondence address
- PIN code
2.2 Government Identification
- Aadhaar card image (front side)
- Aadhaar card image (back side)
These documents are collected solely for student identity verification and enrollment purposes.
2.3 Photographs
- Profile / passport-size photograph
- Live selfie captured at the time of visit or site verification
- Site / work-location photograph submitted during practical verification
2.4 Precise Location Data (GPS)
The App accesses your device's precise GPS location (latitude and longitude)
during the student site-verification process. Specifically, when a student
submits a site-verification report (selfie + site photo), the App captures the geographic
coordinates of the device at that moment to confirm that the student is physically present
at the declared work or training site.
- When collected: Only when the student actively initiates a site-verification submission inside the App.
- What is captured: GPS latitude and longitude coordinates at the time of submission.
- Purpose: To verify physical presence at a declared site as part of the practical-training and work-verification workflow.
- Stored: Location coordinates are stored on our secure servers linked to the corresponding verification record.
- Shared: Location data is shared only with authorised Epoxy Master staff for verification review. It is not sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties for advertising.
You can deny the location permission in your device settings, but doing so will prevent the site-verification feature from functioning.
2.5 Business Information (optional)
- Business name
- Business phone number
- Business email address
2.6 Device & App Identifiers
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device token — used solely to deliver push notifications such as course updates, payment confirmations, and enrollment alerts.
2.7 Course & Payment Records
- Selected course name and session details
- Payment status and transaction references (processed via Razorpay; Epoxy Master does not store card or banking credentials)
3. How We Use Your Data
- Enrollment & identity verification — confirm student identity using Aadhaar and photograph before admitting to a course.
- Site-verification — use GPS location, selfie, and site photo to verify a student's physical presence at a declared work or training site.
- Course management — generate admit cards, ID cards, certificates, and invoices.
- Communication — send SMS, email, and push notifications for payment updates, session schedules, and course reminders.
- Payment processing — process and record course fee payments via the Razorpay payment gateway.
- Internal analytics & operations — improve our services and detect fraud or misuse.
- Legal obligations — comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations.
4. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share your data with:
- Authorised Epoxy Master staff — for verification, enrollment, and operational purposes.
- Razorpay — payment gateway for secure fee processing. Razorpay's own privacy policy governs their handling of payment data.
- Firebase (Google) — for push notification delivery via FCM and cloud storage of uploaded images.
- Government or legal authorities — when required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your enrollment record is active and for a minimum of
5 years after course completion, or as required by applicable law, whichever is longer.
Location coordinates captured during site verification are retained as part of the verification record
for the same period.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption in transit, access-controlled
servers, and role-based access for staff. Despite these measures, no system is completely immune to breaches.
We encourage you to keep your login credentials confidential.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access a copy of your personal data we hold.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Withdraw consent for location access at any time via your device settings.

8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal
information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, please contact us
immediately and we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated"
date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes
acceptance of the revised policy.
